Reviews le George offers a light and modern Mediterranean-style cuisine designed for sharing, with many dishes available in half portions, and a balanced, healthy cuisine bursting with flavour and freshness. Elegant gourmet fare is perfect for special moments. The convivial, gastronomic experience takes guests on a journey between the French Riviera and northern Italy.

Interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon created a timelessly chic and relaxed setting drawing on modern influences. The room has a distinctly Parisian vibe. The highlight is the stunning vaulted ceiling that works in harmony with the work of art by the contemporary artist Junior Fritz Jacquet and the large windows looking onto the Marble Courtyard

Reviews Chef Alberico Penati has brought upscale Italian cuisine to the romantic Hotel de Vigny just off the Champs-Élysées. The dining room is subtly decked out with wood-paneled walls and warm shades, a bar with a huge counter and a patio in the back, destined for smokers.

The chef honed his chops at Il Carpaccio in Le Royal Monceau hotel and Harry’s Bar in London. He delivers authentic dishes, prepared via traditional recipes from various areas of Italy. His skills are manifest in enhancing the fare with proficient cooking and suitable seasonings. Based around quality ingredients, the menu features an herb-aromatized broth filled with stewed fish, scampis and vegetables, and palatable spaghetti with sardines, a traditional selection from Sicily that is flavored with fennel. For dessert, we especially recommend the take on the chocolate bar, a crunchy biscuit made of Gianduja with Piedmont hazelnuts.

To top it all off, a wide range of cocktails such as the Bellini as well as Italian vintages are suggested to accompany the meal. Nice and efficient service overseen by Sandro Funaro

Reviews For over 80 years, Allard has been one of the most sought after gourmet addresses in Paris

Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, it remains one of the last authentic French gourmet bistros. Today still, the establishment is filled with the spirit of Marthe Allard, « mother cook » who founded the restaurant in 1932. Allard is above all the story of a peasant from the Burgundy region who traveled up to Paris carrying her sincere and generous family recipes of cuisine.

In 1985, a page is turned. The Allard family sells the restaurant. Claude Layrac from Aveyron takes over the restaurant 1995. For over 20 years, he perpetuates the Allard family spirit and the fundamentals of its cuisine, such as the Challans duck with olives, shoulder of Limousin lamb or coq au vin. By passing on the restaurant to Alain Ducasse, he is confident that: « this restaurant to which i am so attached will keep its personality, its character ».

Cuisine French gastronomic – 1 Michelin star
Reviews Our French restaurant ‘La Cuisine’ immerses guests in a friendly, artistic decor that elegantly combines large tables and more private alcoves.

Guest tables face the open kitchen of Chef Laurent André, who joined the hotel in 2013. Hans incorporates light and flavorful notes in his sophisticated, generous and spontaneous French cuisine.

His flavors are beautifully complemented by the wines selected by our Head Sommelier Manuel Peyrondet (Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Best Sommelier in France) and by the desserts, macarons and chocolates created by famous pastry chef Pierre Hermé, the “Picasso of Pastry”.

A magnificent fresco, ‘A Garden in Paris’, by French artist Stéphane Calais, graces the ceiling.

And during warm weather, the Terrace naturally opens up with seating for brunch, lunch and dinner.

Location Pont Alexabdre III, Invalides  side

Reviews One of the most iconic views of Paris is from the Pont Alexandre III, the most stunning bridge in the City of Lights. Tucked underneath on the left bank, is Faust, since throwing open their doors last fall, it has quickly marked its place as a chic fixture in Parisian nightlife with impressive DJ sets from around the world and French underground. The restored industrial structure has more to offer than a sound system, as it also plays home to home to a restaurant and bar directed by the Michelin-starred chef Christophe Langree and this time of year a sun drenched terrace.

Visiting Faust has a nostalgic Grand Parisian feel, bare that in mind, as you sit on the terrace with a glass of champagne and watch the world go by. With the sun out, everyone returns to the old Parisian sport of people watching.

The menu is an updated take on the traditional brasserie, steering away from the trend of fusion food; they focus on homemade dishes made in house using fresh and seasonal produce. Their most popular dish is their beef ribs shared for two, with the menu only in French, look for the Côte de Boeuf pour 2 personnes (68€). With a tempting menu that changes with the season, it took a few minutes to decide what order

Not only does it serve some exquisitely refined contemporary French cooking that tips its hat at the great traditions of Escoffier, it also has one of the best wine lists of any recent restaurant in Paris. This lavish list, which also includes a spectacular selection of grand cru wines by the glass, is run by Benjamin Roffet, one of the city’s most talented and charming sommeliers, too. There’s also a serious bar at this address with a major mixologist in the person of Thomas Girard.

Reviews There are 2 Ateliers : One Located in the Saint Germain area and the Other in Etoile (Champs Elysées)They are famous for their counter seating but there are also a few tables.

Instead of normal tables, the original concept of the Robuchon-designed decor features high stools facing the counter. Here diners can savour dishes served tapas-style. Superbly executed, in keeping with the art of simplicity!

This new restaurant run by the famous chef Joël Robuchon is situated just a stone‘s throw from the Arc de Triomphe. The “atelier” concept has proved popular – a long counter with stools, a red and black decor and delicate, simple dishes with a mix of French, Spanish and Asian influences.

Reviews Situated on the first floor of the Brasserie Thoumieux, this unusual restaurant is run by the eponymous Jean-François (who made his reputation at the Crillon). He greets guests as if they were visiting his home. Diners are invited to choose an ingredient and a surprise dish is then cooked for them in the adjacent kitchen. A sublime experience.

Reviews Wainscoting and works of art adorn this former private residence dating from the 19C. It was once home to the Duke of Morny, and is now a guardian of French haute cuisine. Exquisite cuisine and magnificent wine list.
