The Roast Room: butcher, roast bar and rotisserie

At The Roast Room you find two concepts under one roof. The Roast Bar and the Rotisserie. At The Roast Bar the vibe is very relaxed. This is a great place to have a drink and bit with friends. You can sit close to the butcher shop or at one of the large wooden tables. Upstairs you finds the Rotisserie. A beautiful upscale restaurant with a view. When it gets

dark the view on all the lights in the Scheldestraat in Amsterdam Old South is even more beautiful. The interior design is modern chic with fifties style chairs and white table linen.

Baut Zuid: new pop-up location!

Baut was founded as a pop-up restaurant on the Wibautstraat but they found a new location nearby het Olympic station in Amsterdam South. Baut Zuid is gonna be there untill October first and is open seven days a week. For breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner!

The location is super cool: the old Citroen garage at the Olympic Stadion. It’s so big! 1000m2! And we didn’t even talked about the furniture yet. Where Baut was dark, industrial and raw, Baut South is light, with street art on the walls and then again a little kitsch. The kitchen is still run by Chef Michiel van der Eerde. Guaranteed good food! Here you can choose from a variety of small dishes to share.
