1 Andiron Steak & Sea

Brunch at Andiron every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starts with a plate of fresh made doughnuts. Then guests choose a mini menu of grilled cheese cranberry and brie with green apple on whole wheat, “the classic” gruyere and gouda on brioche, and manchego, Iberico ham and pepperade on rustic bread; caramel custard French toast pomegranate syrup, almond brittle and whipped cream; or the Andiron hash skillet cooked in cast iron over the restaurant’s wood-burning grill and filled with braised short rib, fingerling potatoes, crispy Brussels sprouts, Cipollini onions and topped with two poached eggs. Sweets include a dessert table full of candy, house made pastries and baked goods.

Every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m., Brooklyn Bowl offers brunch with dishes such as The Jim Morrison, a 10-inch pancake with fried chicken; challah French toast with Cedarvale maple syrup; cinnamon toast pizza with strawberries, bananas and Nutella; meat frittata with sausage, roast pork, bacon and smoked chicken; sloppy Josephine with queso fresco, baked eggs, mashed potatoes and sloppy Joe; and a hangover chicken soup with jalapeno, cilantro and lime.
