GORDON RAMSAY BURGR

HOURS: MONDAY – THURSDAY 11:00am – 12:00am; FRIDAY & SATURDAY 11:00am – 2:00am; SUNDAY 11:00am – 12:00am

Burger lovers – get ready to sink your teeth into these gourmet delights. Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay brings his casual burger concept to Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. BurGR is positioned directly inside a center Strip entrance, making it easy to stop in after browsing Miracle Mile Shops or grabbing a frosty drink at Shiver. Dress in loose clothing and prepare to get messy

You’ll feel the energy the minute you walk into the restaurant. From its 30-foot-long fire display and keg showcase to the brightly colored walls to overhead high-definition TVs, the atmosphere is as exciting as the menu itself.

The line can get lengthy, but it’s surely worth the wait. If you’re in a party of two, speak with the hostess. You might get a shorter wait time.

WHAT TO EAT AT THIS POPULAR LAS VEGAS BURGER RESTAURANT

From traditional to unique burger preparations, the menu items at this Las Vegas restaurant use the freshest, quality ingredients. Beef patties are cooked over an open flame fueled by hard woods, Gordon Ramsay BurGR is the only gourmet burger restaurant on the Strip to use this method, creating a more complex and powerful flavor. The ultimate burger would not be complete without fries, which are hand-cut and extra crispy. The restaurant uses Kennebec potatoes, offering a lighter, less starchy and crisper fry. Pair with the restaurant’s signature curry ketchup or chipotle ketchup.

In addition to juicy burgers, this popular Vegas restaurant also offers sweet potato fries with vanilla powdered sugar and pork belly bao buns. Looking for some spice? The Devil Dog will do it. These all-beef dogs are simmered in devilish hot sauce, then fire-kissed on the open grill. You’ll taste a consistent fiery spice throughout.

There’s even a delicious meat-free substitute. The savory, mouthwatering Portobello mushroom option allows vegetarians to join the fun. Make it vegan and go for the healthy lettuce wrap in place of the bun. The specialty menu rounds out with cornflake-breaded chicken sliders, hand-made jalapeno poppers, ale-battered Maui onion rings, a selection of fry flavors and the famous sticky toffee pudding – in a push-pop! Get your ultimate sweet fix with the restaurant’s pudding shakes, a heavenly combination of a thick milkshake and silky pudding.

Granted, being on the 56th floor of the decadent Palms Casino & Resort in Las Vegas does allow for the city’s most breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip.

Our Chefs have sourced the finest American ingredients and attend to every culinary detail with fundamental French techniques. Established by Chef André Rochat, who began his formal culinary training in France at the age of 14, Alizé’s award-winning menus combine Chef André’s innovative French tradition with Chef Mark Purdy’s acclaimed flair and style.

At Alize, we begin each meal with the end in mind.

It is our intention, with every item served and every interaction made, to leave our guests feeling better than they did before. We carefully orchestrate the details of each experience with a team that is committed to our guest’s happiness; it is an experience of exceptional quality and comfortable style.

To some, a great meal may be the fine quality of the food; to others it may be the superb wine selection or excellent service. We believe a great meal is the sum of many parts and ultimately ends with a wonderful lasting impression because – after all – that is what will be remembered.

Choose Alizé for your next special occasion, a corporate gathering, or the beginning to a great night on the town. Whatever your purpose, ambition or mood, you’ll find no better match than this crown jewel of the Las Vegas Valley.
